Noone should sue or be sued ambiguously.

I know of a couple people who said they were still playing, so yes.
Daybreak's just the publisher. They do DCUO as well, and do a good job there.
The real story in this one is that Turbine was going to SHUT DOWN LotR:O and DDO under WB's orders.
So the developers and staff formed their own company (Standing Stone Games), raised capital, and BOUGHT the games from Turbine, otherwise they'd be on the heap with AC.
Sure, the population on all LotR:O servers combined is just under 100,000, which is not a ton, (The old community manager posted a TON of numbers the day he walked on the job) but it's certainly not "This Game Is Dead" numbers, either.
Since the server merger went through, the server I'm on (Landroval) is CONSTANTLY bustling with activity. I even had a day off recently and mid-day, middle of the week, world chat was still scrolling by almost too fast to read.

I've had friends, some far older than her, survive MULTIPLE heart attacks that put them in critical condition and they ended up being fine for years afterwards.
Medical science is thankfully getting pretty good at this.

I think the important factor is getting the proper treatment in a timely fashion. Hopefully, the medics on board were able to provide that treatment before the plane was able to land and she got to the hospital.

says shes out of the ER, I guess that EMT on the plane did a pretty darn good job then considering its the initial moments that id imagine are critical.
