Re: "They Entered the Forest Here" 29 Gallon DSM Build
The past two months has really put this tank on the back burner. Im going to take the tetras out, probably next week, when i set up the tank for my betta and put them in there. I have a feeling they are eating my juvenile shrimp as they hatch. I should have like 600 shrimp by now, and i need to stop their culling of the shrimp before they leave their reproductive stages completely.

Side updates:
Picked up an official ADA pollen CO2 diffuser from a friend today. These are literal pieces of art. Each one is numbered. It is sort of the ends of a failing empire, like the Selmer Mark VI to the Mark VII Tenor Saxophone, but in its own right, still as perfect as its whole preceding line. Included with the purchase was a Harris Gas Regulator with needle valve and solenoid. This should make my planted tank kick serious ass, and I probably will have it completed by next weekend.
I decided to host a fish club meeting in september. I am extremely nervous about this, but I plan on exhibiting a couple of things that I have learned over the years and have helped others perform in a one on one format. I've gotten extremely comfortable at it, but public performance outside of music is something I have done very little of in my life. I'm excited, anxious, and my nerves have already gotten the better of me, despite it being a good month and a half away.
Regardless, I feel as though it is something I have always wanted to do.
Things I plan to show during the meeting are:
Drilling Glass and Attaching bulkheads
De Rimming a tank And Eurobracing a De Rimmed Tank
