His wife thinks he may have taken too much Ativan, which can have suicidal thoughts and impaired judgement as side effects:Quote:

Yeah, i read that earlier today, and that makes a whole lot more sense, especially since the hypnotic aspect of that drug can create dream like psychoses in the [ab]user.
Ambien used to do some weird shit to me.
Ativan is an actual benzodiazepine, so who knows what the hell that would be like taking "one or two" extra.
Sent from my 1+3t
that would not shock me honestly, These prescription drugs today even when taken in the doctor recommended dosage can do some fucked up shit to people. If I am watching TV some of the side effects are just insane when they are doing the legal speak parts. I have even heard cancers listed as some of the side effects for some meds, I mean holy shit did they betatest these things? I mean if an anti-virus program for your computer had a bug where it could randomly delete C:\Windows, There would be hell to pay.
I've had an old co-worker who would be sick for weeks if he had to change anti-depressive drugs. Really powerful stuff.
I wouldn't be surprised if it WASN'T Ativan related.
It's hard to explain, but as someone who has had up to over a thousand screaming fans hanging on his every word, lyric, and guitar chord for four hours straight, it's a HUGE FUCKING RUSH.
I've had fellow musicians tell me that the purest and best cocaine they've ever had mixed into a speedball with pure perfect heroin doesn't even come close to comparing, which I could believe despite never having tried any illegal drugs.
The problem with a rush like that?
When it stops?
You come down.
...and the higher the high? The lower the low.
Dopamine, seratonin, melatonin, adrenaline, pitocin, other hormones I don't know names for, all FLOODING back and forth through your system, carrying you a tide of energy and adoration, and suddenly.
BAM!
No more.
I've gotten off of stage before after a really amazing show and 20-30 minutes later begun involuntarily convulsing as my muscles dealt with the fact that there were no more hormones being generated. Not, like, seizure level, but if anyone's ever had a super adrenaline high, you know that afterwards, sometimes, you'll start shaking like you've got the DT's.
Add in all of the mood altering chemicals suddenly going from 300mph to 0 in a few short moments and it can feel like you're the formula 1 car and your brain just ran you into a wall at full speed.
It seriously fucks with your brain.
There's a reason that sooooooo many musicians, stage performers, actors, etc. end up committing suicide.
Long term, that kind of constant chemical swing TRULY fucks with your brain, and it gets worse with time.
There's a reason I quit playing professionally. I didn't want to see what would happen if I was as big as Great Big Sea or Gaelic Storm.
Moving my chips to Anthony Weiner. After his guilty plea i suspect he'll end up in a dark place.
Sir Roger Moore, 89, cancer:

I don't know that he's my favourite Bond, but I agree with Bonlainy about him being what Bond was supposed to be. Plus he was in some of the cheesiest of the Bond films.
R.I.P. Sir Moore, though I'd only rank him around #4 of best Bonds.
If he was involved with the child sex rings that do go on in the Elite circles, oh yeah his ass is grass, loved how all of a sudden 4 such shitheads died here in the UK (though Lord McAlpine was in italy iirc when he snuffed it)
As for Roger Moore, not my fave Bond, he was The Saint to me in my "yoof" :p
Very interesting and nice guy, sad to loose such but yeah he had done damn good with his life and that's best anyone can do, sigh
World gets a bit more grey all the time :/
