What Scholtz is talking about: the UK and France have sent Storm Shadow and Scalp long-range missiles to Ukraine, just as the US has sent HIMARS missiles to Ukraine. Now, could British and French troops be on the ground in the Ukraine right now, directly selecting targets and operating the targeting systems themselves? Sure. Is that likely? Absolutely not - that would be the highest possible level of malpractice, given the international situation.


Could they be sitting in the same room as the Ukrainian operators, walking them through the operational targeting steps, while carefully offering no opinion on which targets to select?
