This writeup, being one of the few lengthy and cogent documents that exists, is appearing all over the place :)
Appreciate the insight, have some concerns but realise there's still lots of work to be done in which they'll be answered. Will be watching this game with great interest.

(edit: oh yeah, and one other thought occurred to me, how many slots of clothing items are there? (not sure if they covered that in the WoW faq) )

Cloaks, rings, trinkets, & necklaces currently don't show up. Sorry. Dunno if they're planning to let more show up or not in the future, just dunno.
For the longest time I really didn't give a damn for this game but after reading this post just the fact I can play an undead skeleton with no jaw while holding a bouquet of flowers.....that is beyond cool in so many ways.
One last thing before I hit the sack for real:
Whiz warned ya: the Succubus level 20 Warlock pet.
Each race (except gnomes, who apparently use the human quest) has their own quest for how to get the Succubus pet, which must be lured to this plane through an object representing pure love, which they feed on. Then, it must be mastered in combat and subjugated, when you then learn how to summon her in the future. Each summons requires a Soul Shard, which I'll talk about at another time.
Right off the bat at 20th, she can be taught to cast a "de-taunt" spell, which transfers aggro from her to another target. This is another reason why it's a Good Thing to have a decent amount of Stamina and Hitpoints as a Warlock. ;) She also has a wicked "Lash of Pain" attack, which is basically a backstab with her whip, on a timer. This ability can be learned at a more effective damage amount in later levels.
At 25th, she can be taught "Seduction" (single target mez ability), at 30th she can learn "Lesser Invisibility."
Here she is, although you can't see her pointy tail in this pic. She has the best idle animations; she checks her nails, or often just feels the need to slap herself on the ass. ;)

Warlocks have it good :p
If they have wings on a pet that look like that, and also look good in motion, I'm pretty sure they could develop a cloak pretty well.
Princess Leia metal bikini = good.
Everything else = major turn-off.
But that's just me. :)
