Re: The Graffe's Celebrity Death Pool
Wow. Giants falling in droves. The Oscars will have to be extended for an hour next year, just to fit in all of the "In the memory of" pieces.
Re: The Graffe's Celebrity Death Pool
Another one of those people I thought would always be there...

No, they'll just snip out any of the "lessers" from the list, like they do every year.

Erm... both Lauren Bacall, Richard Attenborough and Robin Williams demand a pretty lengthy segment. If there ever was a need for a longer segment, it would be this year.

There have always been deaths of major Hollywood figures that merely get a photo during the In Memory segment, and, like DM said "lessers" always seem to be left out. There may be a segment on Williams, but I bet not for Bacall and Attenborough, although I do agree that all 3 deserve serious recognition.

If you haven't already, I highly recommend watching the Joan Rivers documentary on Netflix.
She was one amazing lady, and there is going to be a humungous divet in the world without her.
Again, watch the documentary.

Bianca rules - I normally sorta kinda watch but not really pay attention to Rupaul's Drag Race every season. This season I was laser focused on the show, especially Bianca.

I'm calling a reverse death pool.
Andy Kaufman, within the next 12 months it'll be revealed that he faked his death and is actually still alive.
Re: The Graffe's Celebrity Death Pool
Is that based on anything other than a hunch?

Yeah, mostly the fact that he was repeatedly telling people he was going to fake his death and in 20 or 30 years, come back and break the joke.
This is year 30.

Re: The Graffe's Celebrity Death Pool
Was it lung cancer he had? I thought it was pancreatic.

Well, crap... another SNL alum is taken away from the world. Jan Hooks died after a lengthy illness.

I really liked her. She was a talented member of the cast during some of the show's best seasons.
