Some of it is going to be kept in notepad so I am using this as a way to back it up. Around 2:15 pm on Monday Left the counciling center and was planning on stopping by Copper Cellar to put in an application. Felt anxiety... Watching a movie, "Hearts in Atlantis". Thought of Amanda and worry that she is going to make another wrong decision. Anxiety:9

Anxiety reached a 10. Cut my hip. The sight, taste, and smell of my blood brought anxiety down to a 6.

Anxiety down to a 2. Settling down to watch the olympics and go to bed before work.

Sitting here reading a web comic online. Not sure of the cause or what I was thinking about a few minutes ago. Anxiety: 4

I could drive somewhere in ten minutes, but I only get ten minutes of hurried sights. The other option is to walk the distance leisurely taking almost an hour and I get sights, smells, and sounds. Things I would have missed if I would have driven:

The man with a ZZ Top beard that was driving the blue Jeep lacking doors. There were American flags painted on it and an American flag on the antenna. The most interesting thing? The steering wheel was on the wrong side of the car, which is very unamerican.

Watching the kids run around and play in the fountains. Hearing kids laugh and play can be somewhat relaxing.

The man standing in front of his broken down truck smiling. As I walked past he said in a cheery voice, "Man it's hot! It don't get hot out until the sun pops up."

Young teens taking turns jumping into the Tennessee river off of the railing near a historical landmark. I am pretty sure they weren't allowed to be doing such things, but they were sure having a good time doing it.

Random small bits of graffiti.

Countless different dogs in the front yards that were doing a great job looking menacing.

A wonderful view of the Tennessee river while walking over the bridge.

There were many other interesting things and people that I would have missed if I didn't decide to step outside of my door and leave the car at home. Did I gain anything tangible for doing so? Nope. They don't answer the phone. Then, you get a call from them the next day explaining why they weren't around when, in all reality, they found something that they would rather do.

Am I mad that people sometimes change their mind about things? No. They just need to have the balls to call the other person to tell them that you won't make it. APPLETON, Wisc. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A couple in Wisconsin telephoned police in the middle of the night after finding a man in their basement covered head to toe in barbecue sauce.



"He told the officers that it was urban camouflage," said the homeowner.



The homeowners say they woke up to whistling sounds. The husband grabbed his shotgun and headed toward the basement where he found the sauced-up intruder. He held him at gunpoint until police arrived.



The guy told officers he had covered himself in barbecue sauce because he wanted to hide from the government.



He now faces burglary charges.
Now all the stores are going to get bought out of BBQ sauce because all the kids are going to use it to sneak out of the house.
